Process

From first contact to more sales ...

Perhaps you are currently frustrated with your company's lack of sales or the high cost to acquire these sales.  Or, maybe your company suffers from AMS (Account Management Syndrome), where your sales staff are too busy handling their current customers, they have little time to hunt for new business.  If you are not getting new customers, you are not growing your business.  The bottom line is, you need to find a way to fix it, and now!

The 1 on 1 Interview

The 1 on 1 interview is one of the most important steps in the Wolf + Kaiser process.  This is where we get to know each other.  You'll learn about us, and how we can help you, and we'll learn as much as we can about your business.  Ideally this is done in person, however, if the distance is too great, a phone meeting can also be productive.

 

Prior to the interview, an outline of important talking points will be forwarded to you.  This will allow you to put some thought into what will be discussed, and help you develop any questions that you would like answers to.  At the interview, we will ask several questions to learn more about the history of your business, your product and/or service, market(s) you operate in, corporate goals, etc. Of course, by the end of the interview, all of your questions will also have been answered.  

From this interview, both of us will determine if our service is a fit with your corporate strategy, and that our capabilities would align with your expectations.  If so, with your permission, we will begin work on a strategy on how we can best help your company get more sales.  This strategy will then be outlined in our proposal to you.

The Proposal

Assuming that both of us feel that our services would make a positive impact on your business, based on information gathered from the interview, we will present you with a proposal customized to your specific business needs. 

This proposal will outline the services provided, key performance indicators and the investment required.

Ongoing Communication

Once we have agreed on our mutual responsibilities, both of us will have a responsibility to ensure that two-way communication will be a top priority.  From the implementation of our services to managing the entire process in gaining new customers for your business, the importance of communication will be relevant at every stage of our relationship.  

 

Even further to this, Wolf + Kaiser will continue to prove their value as a resource.  By being close to your customers, we will quickly and accurately share with you any market intelligence than can affect your business.

Our mutual goal will be to collaborate on an ongoing relationship that will only strengthen trust and respect - for the long term.
