Our company was born out of economic adversity. Revenue and cash flow were shrinking quickly and dramatically for many companies, forcing layoffs and an uncertain future. 

This economic climate posed a catch-22 for many companies feeling the pain.  'Should we reduce salaried sales staff, to save on overhead?  But wait, that will also reduce our revenue and cash flow!' The problem is obvious - no sales is the surest way to expedite a company's downward spiral into oblivion - in any economy.  But what can be done?

 

Then came the idea: Since it was already common practice for companies to outsource corporate functions to reduce costs, such as accounting, legal and IT, why not the sales function?  

 

Wolf + Kaiser was born.

The Philosophy

 

From the outset, the corporate mandate was to choose to represent only products or services that we can be passionate about, and ones that can be exposed to a vast network of existing contacts that would also be eager to hear about them.  

 

Representatives would be of the highest ethical standards, with diverse sales experience and knowledge.  Only top performers with a proven history of success will be part of our team.  In most cases, our representatives will have more sales experience than the direct sales force of the principal companies that we will represent.

 

Other must have representative traits:

  • understands that relationships are key to the selling process

  • an entrepreneurial spirit, with a can do attitude

  • strategic thinker, who can find a solution to any problem

  • makes no excuses
